Charlotte Wagner, originally from Denver CO, is a clinical pharmacist who works in hematology at University of Utah Huntsman Cancer Institute.  She completed her undergraduate degree at University of Colorado, Boulder and received her PharmD degree in 2018 from University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus.  She then completed a Post-graduate Year 1 residency and Post-graduate Year 2 residency in hematology and oncology at the University of Kentucky.  Her interests include caring for the adolescent and young adult (AYA) population and helping to improve outcomes for patients with leukemias and lymphomas.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her cat and dog, hiking, skiing and golfing.
