Dr Carrie Horwitch is an outpatient Internal Medicine physician who has been in practice for over 30 years. She has cared for patients living with HIV and has taught nationally and internationally on primary care for patient with HIV.  She has spent over 18 years as a Certified Laughter Leader, teaching about the health benefits of laughter. She is a Well-Being Champion from the American College of Physicians for over 10 years and has taught on many topics related to system changes to improve well-being and thriving at work.  She is the author of the book: Death of My Uterus and other Humorous Events
