Rebecca Silbermann, MD, MMS
Dr. Silbermann cares for patients with multiple myeloma and other plasma cell disorders including AL amyloidosis and POEMS at Oregon Health & Science University, where she leads the multiple myeloma program and is an Associate Professor of Medicine. She is particularly interested in myeloma bone disease and preservation of function in elderly myeloma patients. Her clinical research program focuses on novel drug targets and drug combinations for patients with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma. She completed her hematology and medical oncology training at the University of Pittsburgh and previously served on the faculty at the University of Pittsburgh and Indiana University before moving to OHSU in 2017.
