Dr Anderson is a Professor at the Biodesign Institute at Arizona State University and at Mayo Clinic Arizona. She is a breast cancer medical oncologist and a translational research scientist developing immunodiagnostics and immunotherapeutics of cancer. My laboratory focuses on prediction and validation of neo-epitopes, structure-based modeling of immunogenic peptides, high-throughput antigen discovery, and T cell receptor prediction.
