Dr. Julie Billar is a Senior Associate Consultant in the Division of Oncology and Endocrine Surgery within the Department of Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Arizona.  She completed her General Surgery training at Mayo Clinic, and subsequently completed a Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship at the John Wayne Cancer Institute.  As a breast surgical oncologist, she has particular interests in patient education, quality improvement, and inflammatory breast cancer.
