Leslie J. Padrnos, M.D., is a hematology oncologist, with special interest in nonmalignant hematology, specifically thrombosis and hemostasis conditions.

Her clinical focus includes:
Expertise in management of complex thrombotic conditions, recurrent thrombosis, cancer associated thrombosis, and anticoagulant selection and utilization
Advanced knowledge in bleeding disorders, including evaluation, assessment and management including multidisciplinary care coordination.
Interest and expertise in myeloproliferative neoplasms.

Developing meaningful physician-patient relationships built on trust, communication, education individualized to patient specific goals and values.

In addition to clinical care Dr. Padrnos is committed to medical education and research. She directs medical education for medical students, residents and hematology oncology fellows. Her research focus includes development of comprehensive utilization of medical knowledge, psychological management, healthy behaviors, and patient education to empower individuals to optimize their personal experience with regards to their hematologic and general health needs.
