Taiwo Adesoye, MD, MPH
Dr Taiwo Adesoye is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Breast Surgical Oncology and Associate Program Director of Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. She graduated from The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and completed her Surgical Residency at Houston Methodist Hospital. During Residency, she obtained her Masters in Public Health focused in clinical effectiveness at The Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Following this, she completed her Clinical Fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Adesoye’s research focuses on overcoming resistance to CDK4/6 inhibitors in breast cancer. She also has an interest in improving outcomes of inflammatory breast cancer patient.
