Eleanor Hobaugh is a board-certified oncology pharmacist and a Clinical Specialist Leader at Houston Methodist Hospital in hematology and oncology. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy with honors from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy followed by a PGY1 pharmacy residency and PGY2 oncology pharmacy residency at Houston Methodist Hospital. Her primary clinical focus is malignant hematology with interests in classical hematology, general oncology, and medication safety. She currently serves as chair of Houston Methodist System Oncology Pharmacy Collaborative and leads the mentorship program for the Houston Methodist Hospital PGY2 oncology pharmacy residency program. She is actively involved in pharmacy student and resident preceptorship, quality improvement initiatives, and development of system guidelines and protocols.
