Dr. Danciu practices in the Division of Hematology/Oncology at UI Health. After receiving her Medical Degree at Carol Davila University in Bucharest, Romania, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship in cancer biology at Northwestern University in Chicago and hematology-oncology fellowship at University of Illinois. Dr. Danciu specializes in the treatment of breast cancer patients. Her research interests include development of clinical trials using experimental therapeutics. Dr. Danciu is the Associate Director for Clinical Research and Director of the Phase I program at the University of Illinois Cancer Center.
