Dr. Prier is a fellowship trained Breast Surgeon and is the Medical Director of the Saint Alphonsus Comprehensive Breast Surgery Center. She is board certified in general surgery, and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, VA. Her residency in general surgery was completed through the University of Colorado Health Science Center in Denver, CO and her Breast Surgical Oncology Fellowship was completed at the University of California San Francisco in San Francisco, CA. She has served as a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, CA.   Dr. Prier is a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons, American College of Surgeons and the Ada County Medical Society.
