Jennifer Connelly

Dr. Jennifer Connelly is Professor of Neurology and Co-Director of the Neuro-oncology Program at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin. She received her Doctor of Medicine in 2003 from the Medical College of Wisconsin and then completed a combined Internal Medicine-Neurology residency (2003-2008) at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals. She stayed to complete her fellowship in Neuro-Oncology in 2009, after which she joined the faculty of the Department of Neurology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Neurology, and Neuro-Oncology. Over the past 15 years, she has been principal investigator on multiple clinical trials and instrumental in the translational research program including the largest post-mortem brain tumor bank in the country. More recently, she has been principal investigator of a phase 1 clinical trial of gallium maltolate, a drug that has been studied in GBM exclusively at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
