Dr. Juan Herrada is a Medical Oncology specialist in private practice since 1996. Received his MD degree in Madrid, Spain in 1986. Moved to the USA in 1989 to start an Internal Medicine residency, that completed in 1992 at UT Health Sciences Center in Houston. He completed a Medical Oncology fellowship at the UT MD Anderson Cancer Center and Hematology at Baylor College of Medicine in 1996, both in Houston. Moved to El Paso after completion of medical training and he has been with Texas Oncology since 1998. He has an interest in solid tumors particularly genito-urinary tumors and breast cancer. Outside work, he enjoys reading and hiking with his wife.
