Mary Young, PharmD, is a board-certified oncology pharmacist (BCOP) at the University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center (UNMCCC). She specializes in solid tumors, primarily thoracic and genitourinary cancers but also manages melanoma, CNS, and head & neck patients. Dr. Young completed her PGY1 training at UT Southwestern and PGY2 at UNMCCC. Beyond her clinical responsibilities, she serves in a multitude of ways including the board of directors for New Mexico Society of Health System Pharmacists (NMSHP), committee member of hematology/oncology pharmacy association (HOPA), residency program director, and instructor at the UNM college of pharmacy.
