Dr. Fuller completed her OB/GYN residency at Parkland Hospital, University of Texas Southwestern in 2010 and came to Seattle shortly after.  She was a generalist OB/GYN with Minor and James Medical and Swedish OB/GYN Specialists until 2019 when she stopped her obstetrics practice to focus on women's sexual health, menopause, and complex vulvovaginal diseases.  In May of 2023 she left Swedish and opened a women's sexual health focused micropractice called Ashley Fuller, MD PLLC.  Dr. Fuller is very passionate about women's sexual health and menopause and loves being able to help women with these intimate issues as well as educate other practitioners on how to approach these complex problems.  She is an active member and fellow of the International Society of the Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH), a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) since 2019, and is an active member of the International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease (ISSVD).  She is also the Medical Director of Seattle Clinical Research Center where she oversees clinical trials for women's health indications and vaccines.
