Tamer Khashab, MD
Tamer Khashab, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in forensic science in 2006 at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He earned his medical degree in 2013 at the University of Balamand Medical School in Beirut, Lebanon. Prior to residency, Dr. Khashab joined the laboratory of Dr. Felipe Samaniego at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in the Department of Lymphoma/Myeloma, where he was involved in clinical and translational research. He completed his Hematology/Oncology fellowship training in 2022 at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and served as chief fellow in his final year of training. After training, he joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston Texas as a hematologist oncologist and is involved with Kelsey Research Foundation and has an interest in community clinical trials.
Dr. Khashab has co-authored multiple scientific papers on different aspects of Oncology and Hematology and has presented at various medical conferences throughout the country.
