Dr. Harris is a medical oncologist specializing in gastrointestinal medical oncology with a focus on hepatobiliary oncology.  He practices at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and University of Washington and is on faculty as an Associate Professor.  Dr. Harris is a national expert in the treatment of hepatobiliary malignancies, with a research focus involving development of clinical trials and therapeutics targeting hepatocellular carcinoma, biliary tract cancers and fibrolamellar carcinoma.  He has been involved for approximately 15 years in Phase 1-3 studies in this arena, and additionally collaborates on the use of local therapy and development of new technologies to treat hepatobiliary malignancies.
