Dr Matt Campbell is an associate professor in the Department of Genitourinary Medical Oncology at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX.  He serves as the associate medical director of the Genitourinary Center.  He has been recognized for outstanding work in medical education and received the MD Anderson Division of Cancer Medicine Melvin L Samuels award for excellence in Patient Care.  He performs clinical and translational research focused on kidney, bladder, adrenal, and testicular cancers.   He currently has been rewarded a Department of Defense translational research partnership award focused on kidney cancer bone metastases.
