Ms. Alekhina has been an Oncology Nurse Practitioner since 2016, dedicated to optimizing her patients' quality of life, whether they are undergoing curative or palliative treatment.

In 2024, she completed her PhD at the University of Utah and is now pursuing postdoctoral training in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at the same institution. Her research focuses on preventive oncology, with a particular emphasis on developing risk stratification tools to mitigate treatment-related toxicities in oncology patients.

Ms. Alekhina holds certifications in Advanced Oncology Nursing Practice (AOCNP), Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing (ACHPN), and Cancer Genetic Risk Assessment (CGRA).
