Andrew M Popoff, MD  FACS is a thoracic surgeon and director of minimally invasive thoracic oncology and Chairmain of Robotic Surgery at Henry Ford Health.  Dr. Popoff’s academic and clinical interests include lung cancer surgery and biology, as well as benign esophageal disease, and surgeon wellness.  He serves on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Society of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeons (MSTCVS). Dr Popoff is deeply committed to clinical quality and healthcare equity.  He is part of the Michigan Quality Collaborative, nationally recognized for quality metrics, research, and quality improvement initiatives and programs.
