Edward Briercheck is a current hematology-oncology fellow at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and University of Washington. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Toledo and his MD/PhD training at the Ohio State University. He is an ASCO Y.I.A. and Fulbright Scholar alumni who is focusing his work on low-cost diagnostics in Guatemala and other low-resource settings. Additional, ongoing work with his partners in Guatemala and Fred Hutch include investigations into mechanisms of extra-nodal NK/T cell lymphoma.
