Born and raised in Mexico City where I attended medical school. Came to the US for postgraduate education and did residency at the University of Minnesota and Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. I am currently an Associate Professor at the Fred Hutch Cancer Center/ University of Washington where Im part of the thoracic, head and neck cancer group. I specialize in novel therapeutic and small cell lung cancer.
