Dr. Kamat completed his medical training at the University of Southern California and residency in Internal Medicine at Stanford. During fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the Fred Hutch he worked in the Prostate Cancer Research Group on the pre-clinical development of cellular therapies for Prostate cancer and Sarcoma.  He is currently a clinical assistant professor of hematology/oncology at University of Washington Northwest Hospital with a focus on Genitourinary and Gastrointestinal Malignancies.
