2022 Montana Hematology Conference: A practical approach to hematologic malignancies in the community practice features experts in the field, comprehensive clinical content, and the opportunity to interact with colleagues. Participation in this conference will provide learners an opportunity to hear experts' perspectives on translation of emerging and practice changing data into novel treatment strategies, personalize care according to patient and tumor characteristics, proactively mitigate and manage treatment-related toxicities, and answer challenging patient care questions during case-based discussion sessions. The goal of this activity is to improve the knowledge and competence of hematology and oncology providers in evidence-based management of hematologic malignancies.

Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this educational activity, participants will be able to:
- Review practical management of common hematologic malignancies in the community practice
- Outline the novel BTK inhibitors, other targeted therapies and CAR T-cell therapies for the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia
- Discuss the approved therapies for treatment of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma, and selection of appropriate treatment based on disease and patient related characteristics
- Explain the current approved therapies for myelofibrosis, novel emerging treatment options and management of anemia associated with myelofibrosis

- 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded if registration is cancelled six weeks before the conference.
- No refunds will be issued if registration is cancelled after that date.
No credits will be offered if you do not complete all required steps of this activity which include registration, participation in the live activity, and completion of pre & post tests as well as course evaluations.
