Dr. Balkrishna Jahagirdar holds positions as an Assistant Professor of Medicine, Hematology, Oncology, and Transplantation at the University of Minnesota. He is also Chair of Education and past President of the Minnesota Society of Clinical Oncology. Dr. Jahagirdar is involved in multiple boards and committees, including the Regions Hospital Foundation and the Minnesota Society of Clinical Oncology, Experimental Therapeutics and Rare Tumor Committee of the Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology. He has received numerous awards, including the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and the HealthPartners President’s Award. His research focuses on novel therapies for cancer.
