Dr. Wang is a board certified medical oncologist practicing in Eugene, Oregon at Willamette Valley Cancer Institute. Before this, he trained at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Tufts Medical Center, and Icahn Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Wang’s passion for the advancement of cancer research led him to closely work with scientists and other clinicians in the field of immune redirection and he has published his work in prestigious journals including Nature Medicine, Journal of Hematology Oncology, and Cancer Cell. He is excited to bring cutting-edge, innovative therapies to patients in his community. He leads several clinical trials at his practice and some clinical trials at a national level and is on the US Oncology Thoracic Research Committee. He serves on the BTF General Oncology Education Subcommittee.
